University Mobility: Lecturer from Kenya and the Philippines as a guest at the FH Gesundheitsberufe OÖ

The University of Nairobi continues to make strides in international collaborations and partnerships through international programs. Through the faculty of Health Sciences, the university in the spirit of partnerships and shared experiences sent a lecturer as a guest lecturer at the FH Gesundheitsberufe OÖ. This opportunity was also shared with a lecturer from the Trinity University of Asia, Philippines.

This was made possible within the framework of the Erasmus+ project at the host university for international university mobility, which is intended to promote the professional and cultural exchange with these countries.

Since the start of the FH Gesundheitsberufe OÖ Erasmus+ project in 2024, the program has seen successful implementation of numerous student mobility for internships in Upper Austria as well as mobility of teaching staff. The program not only focuses on simulation and teaching, but also covered the feasibility of joint design and sustainable development of the KA171 project.

This direct exchange and partnerships creates opportunities to open up exciting perspectives on different working methods, challenges and opportunities in the health care sector.
